Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the ordering and purchase of products (watches) from Vaidila, MB (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), operating under the VAIDILA brand.

By submitting an inquiry or placing an order via email or any other direct communication method, you agree to these Terms.

2. Placing an Order

• Orders are accepted individually via email or direct contact.

• Watches may be sold on a pre-order basis.

• In the case of pre-orders, products are manufactured or ordered in batches only after a certain number of orders has been collected.

• An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • all details have been agreed upon;

  • full payment has been received.

• The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there are suspicions of fraudulent behavior or unreliable information provided by the buyer.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are provided individually at the time of order.

• Payments are made via bank transfer.

• An order is processed only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Production and Pre-Order Conditions

• Watches may be produced or ordered in batches.

  Pre-orders mean that:

  • the product may not yet be manufactured at the time of ordering;

  • production or sourcing begins only after orders are collected.

• Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at the time of order; however:

  • they are not guaranteed;

  • they may change due to manufacturing, supply, or logistical circumstances.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Lithuania and other European Union countries.

• Shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

• The Seller is not responsible for:

  • errors made by courier or shipping services;

  • delivery delays caused by third parties.

6. Returns

Due to the pre-order and limited production model:

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • the product is defective;

  • the product does not meet the agreed specifications.

Each case is reviewed individually.

7. Warranty

• All watches come with a 24-month warranty.

• The warranty is valid only if:

  • the defect was not caused by the user;

  • the watch was used in accordance with the provided instructions.

• The warranty does not apply if:

  • the watch was damaged due to improper use;

  • unauthorized repairs or modifications were carried out.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

• indirect damages;

• delivery delays caused by couriers or other third parties;

• production or supply delays in pre-order cases;

• force majeure circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All product designs, visuals, and related materials are the property of Vaidila, MB.

The VAIDILA trademark has been submitted for registration. Any copying, distribution, or use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union legislation.
